The college has effective decentralized management hierarchy in each departments responsibilities and functionality is clearly defined and assigned to perform in a specific way to reach the goal of excellence in the particular functional head. The college has so far 17 academic department and each department works as an autonomous entity plants it's functioning and execut the plan meticulously to the full list possible extent administrative functioning of the college are divided into couple of bits like academic administration, development strategy, improvement strategic, department treasury and Finance head each department reports to the principal of their functioning principle on satisfaction of the functioning report. The matter to the governing body of the college considered the report and accordingly support each department which are working as autonomous way in the management process of the college encourages.
