Aims & Objectives

To extend the knowledge and expertise for the betterment and welfare of the community Deshabandhu Mahavidyalaya has built a strong network of extension and outreach activities. The College’s NSS department is instilling values of social awareness and responsibility, selfconfidence, respect for work, brotherhood and selfless service amongst the students.

The unit is actively engaged in various activities like

Blood Donation Camps

Blood Group Testing

Eye Checkup Preventive

Medicare and Immunizations for the local community and villagers.

NSS volunteers also participate in thalassemia, road safety programs, fitness programs, agricultural activities etc.
